I was hesitant to believe something like this would work, but all of the reviews (save one or two) were positive. I have some pain below my knee, likely flirting with patellar tendinitis, and hoped this wrap would help. It literally does nothing. Don't waste your money on this. If you have tendinitis, you likely have to get over it the old fashioned way: rest.
